That’s what we do at Laughter Yoga. This Sunday, you can “test-fly” Laughter Yoga yourself.

Do you twist more easily to one side than the other? Do you notice one of your hips is tighter than the other? Does one of your hands always reach forward of the other in downward dog? Is one shoulder lifted higher than the other? If so, you may have an asymmetry or scoliosis curvature in your body. This workshop will cover: Standing, Strengthening and Restorative Postures. The use of props to realign the body Setup and adjustments for individuals.

Huntington’s Dance is a compelling and inspiring personal journey that takes place over a period of 18 years. Directed by Chris Furbee, it is a rare look inside the mind and life of a man courageous enough to pull back the veil of ignorance in order to know his future.

 

This is a Fundraising event with a suggested minimum gift of $15-$20 to get the film out into the world!!
