Good News for all us “sitters.”

 

“Sitting is the new smoking.” That is the theme of some NASA researcher you have read about in MASTERY NEWSLETTER.

 

In fact, a Special Report you will have received indicates that prolonged sitting is so bad that no amount or type of exercise can counteract it.

Basically these Indiana researchers found that by taking three slow, five-minute walks, we can actually reverse the damage to our arteries caused by three hours of sitting down.
