At the end of our Laughter Yoga sessions, we have a short period of “Grounding Sounding.” We sigh and say “AAAAH” a few times. This combined with some simple visualizations helps to get grounded again after the energetic laughing session.
Two nights ago, it was quite profound. One of our participants commented how she felt it was a deep healing.
I felt the same and am so grateful to have Laughter Yoga in my life.
