PTSD, Anxiety, Worry, Fears: Is Laughter Yoga One of the Answers?

 

It would seem so.

 

(Pilot Program, 6 weeks, starts on Feb. 12th. Pass this on to anyone who you think might be helped)

 

A Doctor in Indiana had success. A woman who had been sexually abused, who locked all the doors, had a hammer and mace under her bed and had nightmares every night…

 

All that…gone…after just one Laughter Yoga session.

 

Now, I am convinced the doctor did other things as well, nevertheless…

 

As a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher, I was asked to lead a Laughter Yoga session with some folks from the Esquimalt Naval Base.

 

One guy said afterwards that it was the first time he had felt happy in a long time. Another participants said the same.
