What to expect:


1) Laughter Yoga. You may know by now, I love laughter, attending and leading Laughter Clubs in town and laughing for at least 10-15 minutes daily.


2) The Zen of Joy Protocols. You may also know from my shameless self promotion that I wrote a book called The Zen of Joy. How to Rewire Your Brain for Happiness and Success. We will use some of the most appropriate of the 24 Protocols.




3) Trauma Release Process. This is a gentle yet powerful set of exercises that helps to release stress in our bodies.
