Many are stuck in a “No-Laughter Prison.” The prison is the belief that we have to have a reason to laugh.

Special Evening of Music: World Chant, Groove and Bliss

I am delighted to be hosting our dear friend Gina Sala back in Victoria, on Monday September 14, for an exquisite evening of Kirtan-style call-and-response sacred chant from various traditions.  This will be a very special evening, and we do expect it to fill up, so come early to avoid disappointment.

Chairs will be set up, but you are welcome to bring a pillow if you prefer to sit on the  floor.  (just be sure it’s not a pillow frequented by cats, as Gina is allergic!). All welcome – spread the word!
