How About Fighting Off Almost All Diseases With Your Mind?

Staying warm in shorts in sub zero weather?


– The “Iceman” can sit in ice and keep his skin temperature constant


– This skill may prevent most diseases


– This evolutionary potential is in every human body


– We may have to rewrite the medical texts


The “Iceman”

That’s the nickname given to Wim Hof for his daredevil feats with cold


He has:


– Run a marathon barefoot and in shorts in minus 20 degrees Celsius,


– Climbed part way up Mount Everest wearing only boots and shorts.


– Set a Guinness World Record for sitting in ice for one hour, 52 minutes and 42 seconds…while his core temperature stayed the same.

” On 19 April 2012, an episode of the US television program Fact or Faked: Paranormal Files, featuring Hof, was broadcast.


Hof was tested against a member of the team named Austin, both sitting in a tank full of ice. Austin sat in the tank for about 20 minutes, with his surface body temperature falling to four degrees Celsius.


When he got out of the water, the other two team members used a heat camera to reveal that his surface body temperature was at about four degrees Celsius.


Hof’s core body temperature stayed the same for the entire twenty minutes, as did his heart rate. He managed to stay submerged for over ninety minutes.” (My bolding)





We all have his ability, according to Hof


He thinks he has stumbled on hidden evolutionary potential locked inside every human body. He is teaching others how to do what he does.
