Relax, they say.
How the heck do you do that?
I have this knot of muscles that is tight.
I send an intention to that knot to release.
It doesn’t obey.
What am I to do?
Ignore it? Get massage? Laugh it out?
Dig into with a Back Buddy utensil?
So far, none of those methods nor many others have released that knot of tension.
That is why it occurs to me that letting go, releasing, may be the hardest work there is.
My latest attempt is meditation.
That at least is producing a state of bliss.
Can’t knock it. That is awesome.
Perhaps over time, even the persistent knot will release.
In the meantime, I am experiencing how to stay in bliss more and more.
Having access to bliss is a huge blessing.
I suspect it is what is fueling my journey deeper into myself.
AND bliss is the fuel for unfolding of greater and greater blessings in my life.
