He wrote The Four Hour Workweek and The Four Hour Body and others in the “Four Hour” series.
He has been podcasting for over a decade.
He noticed two specific traits most of them have in common.
#1 they meditate, and
#2 they say NO a lot…
“That means internal and external distractions are blocked off,” Ferriss adds.
It seems so much is about distractions.
We distract ourselves with “rabbit holes.”
Rabbit holes such as “monkey mind” thoughts.
Meditate appears to get us to focus our thoughts.
Saying NO can focus us on what is important rather than what others think is important or urgent.
