The 20-20-20 Rule Mastery Newsletter April 8, 2026
Our eyes are critically important.
No argument about that.
Here is how to help keep healthy…despite time on computer and other screens.
Set a timer for 20 minutes.
When it goes off, get up, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
That gives the eyes a rest.
I notice it gives my whole system a rest as well.
I feel myself relaxing.
It’s kind of like a mini reboot for the body and mind.
When I sit down again, it’s like starting over refreshed.
Simple?
Yes and sometimes the simplest things are the most effective.
Let me know how it goes. 😊
