“Time to Tell Everyone

“We the Australian Aboriginals have been on our traditional land, the Land of the Everlasting Spirit, for tens of thousands of years, Out culture is rivaled by no other, though we have been in seclusion for the last two hundred years. We re emerging from that seclusion now to show ourselves as no one has every seen us. Our creation stories take us back into the Dreamtime, beginning when the Earth was one land mass. At that time the four races – red, yellow, black, and white – lived side by side. There we lived as one people, creating a world of harmony, balance and mystery.

As Aboriginals we have kept our culture intact for thousands of years into the present time. Now we are becoming ready to share our wondrous culture with the other people of the world. That is my work through my teaching and my films.”

What a lot of people tend to forget is that my country has only been occupied for two hundred years by the British. It only took white people fifty years to destroy a million years of our culture, but the core of it still remains strong. We haven’t forgotten. Our elders are telling us to go out and tell everyone so that no one cans say they didn’t hear.

Land of the Everlasting Spirit

Whenever our elders or shaman people – all our elders are shaman people- talk about our history and our beginning, our creation, they always talk about the time when the Earth was one land mass. They speak of time before the cataclysm came that split the Earth up into the continents.

This is our story, our mythology. Our land, Australia is called Arunta, the Land of the Everlasting Spirit. Our old people tell us that we originally came from a planet that had seen its time and just blew up.

See our people were like refugees and they went and lived in the stars in the Milky Was. Then seven spirit brothers and seven spirit sisters came to Earth. They came when the Earth was one big land mass.

They came to erect an energy grid. Because, you see, the planet Earth is among the smallest of planets. And it is really not in the galactic system where all the other planets exist. We believe Earth is just a little bit outside the plane of the Milky Way galaxy in space. Because the Earth is so small, when the planets line up in a certain way the pull of the galactic energy is so strong that it could just suck planet Earth into the spiral plane of the galactic system and toss it all around.

So, my people were given the knowledge to create this energy grid because the planet that they were previously on did not have such a protective structure and it was destroyed. They realized that their new home, Earth, needed to have such an energy grid in strong healthy condition to withstand the periodic energy pulsations from the galaxy. Otherwise, it would quickly be drawn into the plane of the galaxy and experience devastating turbulence.

But my ancestors had learned this lesson, and so they came to Earth to erect an energy grid, or an Earth truss, to help the Earth when it undergoes its changes. My ancestors’ responsibility, and my people’s responsibility still, is to the energy grid.

The Sacred Rainbow Serpent

In our old way we call the energy grid Boamie, the sacred Rainbow Serpent, whose colors reflect the beauty of the Earth and sky, the rainbow. The multicolored coils of the Rainbow Serpent are reflected in the precious stones that are concealed in the Earth’s crust.

It’s called the Rainbow Serpent because it’s got all the colors of the rainbow: gold and sliver, of course, and the diamonds, the rubies, the emeralds, and the uranium. You see, it’s the foundation, the Earth’s crust. They are the particular substances that keep the energy grid strong and the Earth solid when the planets line up every so often and threaten to draw the Earth into the galactic energy swirl.

Since my people erected the energy grid, the Earth just sort of sails through the periodic planetary lineups without any difficulties. So that’s my people’s responsibility. Both men and women are very knowledgeable in how the energy grid works, the whole system. We know what each mineral in the Earth is supposed to do, and what men’s and women’s responsibilities are to keep the grid strong and healthy.

The Balance is in Jeopardy

We are very concerned about the energy grids of the Earth. They are there to help the Earth maintain balance. Crystals and other minerals feed energy to the energy grid. They have been used for millions of years that way. For the health of the Earth, the crystals must be free to let energy flow to the grid.

But now minerals, metals and jewels have been removed from the Earth to such an extent that the balance is in jeopardy. Uranium, in particular, is important for this task. When it is all gone, the Earth will be right out of balance.

This mining has an influence on the human race, too, and the human body. The human being is a link between the heavens and the Earth. By keeping our bodies in balance and harmony, we can keep the Earth healthy, and that in turn supports our health. You see, it’s a cycle. I use crystals in healing, but I do not believe they should be taken from the Earth to be used as ornaments. It’s more valuable to lave them in the Earth. The same with uranium.

At a Crucial Juncture

We have been told that within every one million years, there is a seven thousand year long Earth shift. Then we begin to go into a new world, like we are doing now. By our reckoning, we are actually at the end of a seven thousand year shift now, and we are beginning to enter a new million year-long epoch.

Our people and our teachings are very similar to the teachings of the North American Indian people. But we have different interpretations and we know our responsibility: taking care of the Earth through the energy grids. It’s very similar to what the Native Americans teach about, We so that by giving thanks to the Earth through the songs, dances and ceremonies.

Right now there’s two things. The earth is undergoing its Earth changes, which is normal for this time in our development. But because there’s been so much destruction to the energy grid, especially the gold, which is nearly exhausted already-and now they are after the uranium – there is great danger to the stability of the Earth.

Gold has driven men mad for thousands of years, leading then to lie, steal, cheat, murder, and make war…all this wickedness to get the gold. Humanity has become greedy and as a result, wicked. That has led to fighting, war, and disease. People have forgotten their responsibility to the Earth, for want of the gold. And now it’s the uranium.

As a consequence of all this mining, there’s not enough of the Rainbow Serpent left to help the Earth undergo its seven thousand year shift in a safe way. It’s all topsy-turvey. Without the balance of the minerals and a healthy energy grid, we cannot pass through the current planetary alignments, and we may be drawn into the plane of the galaxy.

As well as the Earth, humanity has to go though its changes . We’ve all got to rejuvenate and to create a new world on this same physical substance. And we are going thorough it. There’s no safe place on Earth, We’ve just got to ride it out, but if we are in balance within ourselves, and in balance with the Earth, then we are healthy.

At the end of each change- every time we come into a new world- the Great Creator says, “OK humanity, you must start your change now, too, and go into the new world. But you must do it in accordance with the Earth, as well as yourself, with heart.

The Story of Wollmbin

If you go back in time when the Earth split up from one land mass into the continents, it was another time of Earth changes. Humanity was wicked in those days, too, Even your own books in Western civilization speak of Noah and the ark and how there was wickedness on the Earth.

Native American people say they rode the changes out on the back of a turtle – a land mass like a turtle, Tuttle Island. My people rode the flood out by climbing upon a big red rock called Uluru – now usually called Ayer’s Rock. Uluru simply means ‘the big rock’. Uluru is seven miles around and one mile up.

Our people teach that when the Earth was one big land mass, Wollombin was one of four big mountains that housed huge crystals. They are the activators for the crystal grid and for the energy grid that protects the Earth, Perhaps the Himalayas might have one and perhaps the Andes in South America might have one. I don’t know for sure, but I know Wollombin is one, the one in the East. We are east of the rest of the world in our tradition, but I don’t know what the other mountains are.

When the Earth split, people were running in confusion, and some of my people stayed on other continents – though they are all extinct now. And some other nationalities stayed Down Under, but now they are extinct now too. But as our old people recall, when the people ran, a White buffalo ran with them in Australia.

(According to Aboriginal legend, at the time the Earth broke up and the White buffalo ran with the people, a sacred mountain that was under care of the North American Indian people also broke off and came with them. Instead of remaining with the North American continent of the Red Race, it stayed on the east coast of what is known today as Australia, the Land of the Everlasting Sprit.)

That mountain is Wollombin, or Mount Warning, and it is the mountain of which Aunt Millie Boyd is custodian. See the story of that mountain has been handed down for thousands of years, through the generations. At the time that mountain split off with the Australian continent, there was a very big powerful shaman or medicine man of the Indian people who stayed on that mountain. Wollombin, you see means “eagle”. The spirit is still there, his name is Waugatha.

That mountain is my Aunt’s country. She’s they last custodian of it, though now that it has been handed back into the care of the North American people. You see, I came here to America in 1988 to look and see if there was any memory among the Indian people of their lost mountain. And there was someone here, a medicine man, who remembered. I found him. Ever since, there have been Indian people who have come to visit the mountain and who have met with Aunt Millie to hear about and learn about Wollombin and Waugatha. See, there’s the connection between Australia and North America – between the Aborigines and the Native Americans. It has something to do with the Native American relationship to the sun and the sun Dance.”

The surgeons’ masks were found to give no protective effect to the patients.

 

Other studies found no difference in wound infection rates with and without surgical masks….

 

The foregoing data show that masks serve more as instruments of obstruction of normal breathing, rather than as effective barriers to pathogens.

 

Therefore, masks should not be used by the general public, either by adults or children, and their limitations as prophylaxis against pathogens should also be considered in medical settings….”

The effectiveness of face masks in healthy and asymptomatic individuals remains questionable.

 

 

Experts warn that such masks may interfere with normal breathing and may become “germ carriers”.

 

Leading doctors called them a “media hype” and “ridiculous”

 

 

 

 

 

 

The virus test kits used internationally are prone to errors and can produce false positive and false negative results.

 

 

Moreover, the official virus test was not clinically validated due to time pressure and may sometimes react positive to other coronaviruses.

 

 

 

 

Several medical experts described express coronavirus vaccines as unnecessary or even dangerous.

 

 

Indeed, the vaccine against the so-called swine flu of 2009, for example, led to sometimes severe neurological damage and lawsuits in the millions.

Vitamin D optimization is likely the easiest, least expensive and most beneficial strategy that anyone can do to minimize their risk of COVID-19 and other infections in coming months

 

    More than 1 billion individuals worldwide, across all age groups, are deficient in vitamin D, which has now been identified as a significant risk factor for positive COVID-19 status, severe COVID-19 infection and death thereof

 

    In Indonesia, people with a vitamin D level between 20 ng/mL and 30 ng/mL had a sevenfold higher risk of death than those with a level above 30 ng/mL. Having a level below 20 ng/mL was associated with a 12 times higher risk of death

 

    To improve your immune function and lower your risk of viral infections, you’ll want to raise your vitamin D to a level between 60 ng/mL and 80 ng/mL (150 nmol/L and 200 nmol/L) by fall

 

    Vitamin D optimization is particularly important for dark-skinned individuals, as the darker your skin, the more sun exposure you need to raise your vitamin D level, as well as the elderly

The big banks use similar structures, called “variable interest entities”—companies established largely to hold off-the-books positions.

 

Wells Fargo has more than $1 trillion of VIE assets, about which we currently know very little, because reporting requirements are opaque.

 

But one popular investment held in VIEs is securities backed by commercial mortgages, such as loans to shopping malls and office parks—two categories of borrowers experiencing severe strain as a result of the pandemic….

 

 

…It is a distasteful fact that the present situation is so dire in part because the banks fell right back into bad behavior after the last crash—taking too many risks, hiding debt in complex instruments and off-balance-sheet entities, and generally exploiting loopholes in laws intended to rein in their greed.

 

Sparing them for a second time this century will be that much harder…

 

 

A bank shouldn’t be able to keep $1 trillion worth of assets off its books.

 

If we do manage to make it through the next year without waking up to a collapse, we must find ways to prevent the big banks from going all in on bets they can’t afford to lose.

Sweden Will Have the Last Laugh. Mastery Newsletter September 9, 2020

“Dear Reader,

A headline caught my eye late on Friday evening: “Key coronavirus forecast predicts over 410,000 total U.S. deaths by Jan. 1: ‘The worst is yet to come.’”

Oh my! The pandering of fear and panic continues…

Even when I know something is false, I still like to see what the assumptions are and where the numbers are coming from.

In this case, the projection came from the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME), a part of the University of Washington.

If we just use some common sense, we can figure out pretty quickly that the projection doesn’t add up:

  • The first officially documented case of COVID-19 in the U.S. was back in January of this year.
  • To date, 193,587 deaths are considered related to COVID-19.
  • Since January, that is an eight-month period.
  • We can clearly see that daily new cases are falling quickly in the U.S.
  • As per the CDC, only 6% of the 193,587 claimed deaths were from just COVID-19 (all other deaths had two or three other underlying conditions responsible).
  • And as much as 90% of all “positive” PCR tests are false positives caused by an overly sensitive cycle setting on the PCR machines.

But despite all this, we are to believe that in less than four months, the COVID-19 death count will more than double? No way.

This made me very suspicious of the IHME projections. So I chose a baseline country that we could analyze… Sweden.

As we know from The Bleeding Edge, Sweden’s unique, courageous, and logical approach to dealing with COVID-19 has produced incredible results. It is highly likely that Sweden has already reached herd immunity.

As we can see below, in less than four months, Sweden went from the outset of the pandemic to near zero daily deaths. Since the beginning of July, daily deaths were typically less than 10, and since the beginning of August, many days have seen less than five deaths or even zero.

What’s remarkable about Sweden is that the country accomplished this without economic lockdowns, without mandating masks, and without closing schools. No fear, no panic, no riots, and no mask requirements.

That’s why I wanted to see what the IHME is predicting for Sweden. Let’s have a look:

 

The line on the left side of the graph represents daily deaths. And then we can see two projections into the future.

The green line that continues until January 1 at near zero daily deaths assumes that everyone suddenly begins to wear masks. The red line that projects a massive spike to 700 deaths per day – seven times higher than Sweden’s April peak – assumes the Swedes don’t all wear masks.

Does that make any sense at all? Of course not. It’s lunacy.

Sweden managed a controlled spread of COVID-19 to the low-risk parts of its population – without requiring masks. But we are now somehow supposed to believe that if the Swedes don’t wear masks, the next four months will become seven times worse than the last eight months?

You’ve got to be kidding me. Absolute nonsense.

Why is this happening? Why are our academic institutions and scientific communities failing us when we need them the most?

Sadly… money. COVID-19 is the hottest topic right now, and by adding fuel to the fire to make the “crisis” appear bigger than it actually is, more funding ends up being driven to academic and scientific research.

Scientists who wrote and spoke about the facts related to COVID-19 have been excoriated by the academic and scientific communities. Their careers have been badly damaged for not “toeing the line” or “playing along.”

Michael Levitt, a biophysicist and expert in structural biology at Stanford, and John Ioannidis, another Stanford professor who is an expert in evidence-based medicine and epidemiology, are two perfect examples.

I have tremendous respect for their willingness to simply tell the truth and share the facts about COVID-19… even if it comes at personal expense.

Sweden too was severely criticized by the scientific community for its approach to managing COVID-19. But in the end, Sweden will be proven right. Sweden will have the last laugh.

And so will we… because we know that the “game” is nearly up.

He was 105 when he died.

 

He was happy every day.

 

He lived life to the fullest.

 

His name? Dr. Shikeaki Hinohara.

 

“They say that with age comes knowledge. A lifetime of trial and error, meaningful experiences, and lessons learned gives people a deeper perspective of the world that younger generations tend to lack.

 

Life, like anything, requires practice. That is something that this 105-year-old Japanese doctor vouched for in his life.

 

His goal before his death was to share with you what he learned so that you can learn how to live longer and be happy.

 

At a glance:

 

1. Healthy eating

“All people who live long — regardless of nationality, race or gender — share one thing in common: None are overweight.[2]”

2. Plan ahead

Find things that excite you and put them into your schedule to give yourself something to look forward to. 

3. “Retiring” doesn’t mean you stop doing what you love

“There is no need to ever retire, but if one must, it should be a lot later than”

4. Share what you know

“I give 150 lectures a year, some for 100 elementary-school children, others for 4,500 business people. I usually speak for 60 to 90 minutes, standing, to stay strong.”

 

Knowledge is power. Use what you have learned from your experiences to teach other people and contribute to society in a positive way.

5. There’s more to healing than science

“I think music and animal therapy can help more than most doctors imagine.”

Coming from the mouth of a doctor: “Science alone can’t heal everything.”

6. Take the stairs and carry your own stuff

Keeping your body strong will help to also keep your mind strong as you age. Hinohara reported that he would take the stairs two at a time to get his muscles moving. If this 105-year-old man could do it, then you can too!

7. Find inspiration

“My inspiration is Robert Browning’s poem “Abt Vogler.” It encourages us to make big art, not small scribbles.”

8. Heal pain with fun

“Pain is mysterious, and having fun is the best way to forget it.”

9. Don’t be crazy about amassing material things.

Hinohara knew more than anyone that you can’t take material things with you when you die. Don’t waste your life attempting to accumulate ‘things’. Instead, use your time and money to accumulate experiences.

”LONGEVITY TIPS

 

Around five years ago, two British women, Susan Saunders and Annabel Streets, started researching the scientific literature for information on how to have a healthier, happier, and extended, old age. They blogged about their findings, and now their “Age Well Project” has been published as a book, offering nearly 100 ways to prolong life, and enjoy good health while doing so.

 

Below are a few of their more interesting suggestions, and at the bottom you will find a link to an article that covers more of their material (as well as a link to their book on Amazon).

 

CHANGE HOW YOU EAT

Studies indicate that longevity, as it relates to diet, is more about how and when you eat, and not as much about what you eat (obviously aside from a junk food diet).

 

Choosing high quality, undenatured, unprocessed, and, ideally organic, whole foods, is required for good health (whether one is vegan or paleo). However, it is also important not to eat too late in the day.

When You Eat

Eating dinner a few hours before bed allows for digestion to be mostly complete by the time we go to sleep, which supports better sleep, and increases the overnight fast. This period of not eating (or fasting) is essential for health and longevity. (The reason the first meal is called breakfast, is because we are breaking the fast that went on through the night.)

 

If one has a large meal before bed, not only is the body unable to burn any of those calories, but the heart has to work for hours, pumping blood to the stomach in order to facilitate digestion. Thus one can not fully rest and restore while sleeping.

 

How Fast You Eat

Another important factor in eating is how fast we eat. The slow food movement started in Europe decades ago, and now has spread throughout the world.

In over two decades of history, the movement has evolved to embrace a comprehensive approach to food that recognizes the strong connections between plate, planet, people, politics and culture. Today Slow Food represents a global movement involving thousands of projects and millions of people in over 160 countries.”)  

 

While the slow food movement has become about more than just leisurely eating, initially it was a reaction to “fast food”, and everything those poor quality foods represent.

 

When we eat slowly we chew more thoroughly, which then requires less energy for digestion, proper chewing being the first step in digestion. Slow eating also allows the satiety hormones to kick in, ensuring that we don’t overeat. Eating too fast allows us to keep eating beyond an ideal amount, since we have not yet digested sufficient food for the satiety signals to kick in.

 

Overeating

Constantly eating throughout the day (5 times per day) is often advised as a way to lose weight, since frequent eating will keep the metabolism racing.

 

However, constant eating keeps the digestive system always working, which means it is also always producing insulin. This overproduction of insulin can in turn lead to insulin resistance, which is a pre-diabetic state.

 

Overeating is clearly a common problem these days, and should be avoided when aiming at extending life as much as possible. I learned in Macrobiotics school that it is better to undereat poor quality food than to overeat good quality food. Which ties into the old English proverb, “Don’t dig your grave with your own knife and fork”.

 

There is a reason that animal studies (insects, rodents, and primates) consistently show life extension to result from calorie restriction.

 

When we are digesting cooked foods our body sends enzymes to the stomach to facilitate digestion. However, when the stomach is empty, those enzymes are patrolling the bloodstream looking for invaders to dispense with.

 

They clean the blood of foreign protein particles, allergens, dead cells, bad bacteria and fungus. All in an attempt to help keep us healthy, and living well into old age.

READ BOOKS

As a voracious reader of fiction, I particularly like this recommendation: read more for a longer, healthier life.

A Yale study (3,600 people over the age of 50), found that reading increased longevity by almost two years.

 

The greatest increase in lifespan occurred among those who read 3.5 hours, or more, weekly, though even “30 minutes a day was still beneficial”.

 

Although those surveyed did not specify what genre of books they were reading, the study authors maintain that it is likely most of the people were reading fiction.

 

When attempting to answer why reading would extend lifespan, they suggested that there are two cognitive processes involved in reading books that could create a “survival advantage”.

 

One: Reading books promote the “slow, immersive process of deep reading, a cognitive engagement which occurs as the reader draws connections to other parts of the material, finds applications to the outside world, and asks questions about the content presented”.

 

Two: “Books can promote empathy, social perception, and emotional intelligence, which are cognitive processes that can lead to greater survival”.

 

Interestingly, those who read books lived longer than those who mostly read newspapers and magazines. Based on what was just said above, we can assume that these mediums do not allow for an “immersive process of deep reading”, and they are likely non-fiction in nature.

Finally, many experts recommend reading as a means of getting to sleep, good quality sleep being yet another longevity factor. Though, from the perspective of Chinese medicine, only reading fiction is of benefit when trying to fall asleep afterwards.

 

Chinese medicine practitioners believe reading non-fiction over-stimulates the spleen meridian, which agitates the brain (as it is trying to learn), whereas fiction does not engage the brain in the same way.

 

 

VISIT GREEN SPACES

We all feel better when we get a chance to be in nature for a while. However, nature has more powerful benefits than just helping us to destress and feel more relaxed.

 

Trees produce phytoncides, a substance emitted by plants and trees, which provides the aroma of the forest.

 

“Phyton” means “plant” in Latin, and “cide” means to exterminate, and phytoncides are produced to help plants & trees protect themselves from harmful insects and germs.

 

In humans, phytoncides have been shown to help improve immunity, lower blood pressure, and reduce stress. As well, microbes found in forest soil have been found to reduce depression, and may even contribute to the health of our microbiome.

A 15-minute walk is all it takes to reap the benefits, but researchers have found that a weekend in the woods improves immunity for up to a month, while a short afternoon run or walk somewhere green leads to better sleep at night.

Is Ice the Answer to COVID? Mastery Newsletter August 22, 2020

According to Wim Hof, the Iceman, you can do the “impossible”…control your autonomic nervous system.

 

If you can do that, can you also deal with any and all viruses, bacteria, germs and bugs?

He also taught 12 others how to do that. Get into their autonomic nervous systems and control what was thought to be impossible.

 

Now, biology textbooks are being rewritten. One already has. I have the chapter on Wim Hof.

 

We CAN control our autonomic nervous systems.

 

His students volunteered to get injected with sickness producing bacteria.

 

A control group became very ill, even shaking.

 

Wim’s group “reawakened” their internal power to control their systems.

 

They felt a little something while their systems dealt with the sickness producing bacteria.

 

Get informed.
